Magellan seeks a Senior Manager – Industry to provide advisory expertise across the product value chain, including engineering, planning, production, and operations. You will lead consulting engagements, facilitate client workshops, and manage priorities and relationships.

You will promote industry capabilities, contribute to action plans, and participate in recruitment and internal events, shaping the Group's offerings and growth.

• Advisory expertise and competencies to contribute to client challenges with impact.
• Develop and promote expertise across engineering, planning, production and operations, including maintenance and logistics, considering Digital Twins, Generative AI, Low-code/No-code.
• Lead, oversee and deliver consulting engagements with quality, budget and schedule adherence.
• Facilitate business workshops and governance with clients.
• Manage priorities and client relationships.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to the Industry offering leveraging Group know-how and synergies.
• Contribute to sector action plans: Knowledge Capitalisation, Business Development, Offerings, Innovation, Benchmarking.
• Participate in recruitment and onboard new consultants; organise internal events.
• From Manager grade, contribute to commercial action plans and oversee client engagements.

The Industry sector is undergoing a phase of continuous innovation driven by digital transformation, Generative AI, Low-code/No-code and Digital Twins. This role is aimed at an experienced Senior Manager – Industry, capable of providing advisory expertise across the product value chain.

YOUR MISSIONS

• As a Senior Manager – Industry (M/F), in direct contact with the client, you provide the advisory expertise and competencies required to contribute to the organisation's challenges with expertise and impact.
• Develop and promote expertise across the product value chain (engineering, planning, production, operations) and adjacent domains (maintenance, logistics), taking into account major technological revolutions (Digital Twins, Generative AI, Low-code/No-code)
• Lead, oversee and deliver consulting engagements: ensure deliverable quality, budget and schedule adherence
• Facilitate business workshops and governance bodies with the client
• Manage priorities and client relationships
• Contribute to the development of the Industry offering, leveraging the Group's know-how and synergies
• Contribute to sector action plans: Knowledge Capitalisation, Business Development, Offerings, Innovation, Benchmarking
• Internal life: Participate in recruitment, welcome new consultants, organise internal events (monthly meetings, offsite days)
