Magellan is seeking a Senior Consultant based in Marseille to lead business analysis projects across Digital, Data, IS Governance, HR, Green, or Finance. You will recruit and staff junior and senior consultants, and oversee the activity of your team while driving commercial proposals and client pitches. You will participate in strategic decisions and internal initiatives within the practice.

The role emphasizes autonomy, leadership, and business development in a dynamic French office.

• Participate in internal life (events, forums, article writing).

Leading high-stakes transformation projects (Digital, Data, IS Governance, HR, Green, Finance) in a business analysis capacity requires autonomy, team leadership and business development. This role, based in Marseille, is aimed at an experienced Senior Consultant.

YOUR MISSIONS

• As a Senior Consultant (M/F) within our Marseille office, you take charge of business analysis projects across various domains: Digital, Data, IS Governance, HR, Green or Finance, depending on your profile.
• Take ownership of consultant recruitment and staffing
• Lead and manage the activity of Consultants and Senior Consultants within your team
• Be accountable for commercial proposals and develop business (pre-sales and pitches)
• Play an active role in the strategic decision-making of your practice (market intelligence, business curiosity, recruitment decisions)
• Participate in the firm's internal life (events, forums, article writing)
