Source One Technical Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager Digital Performance & CRM to lead the full lifecycle of acquisition, conversion, CRM and analytics strategy. You will drive traffic generation, ticket sales, revenue optimization, and retention while steering a small team of two and collaborating with international partners and tech providers.

The role requires 8–10 years of experience, fluency in French and English, and a hands-on yet strategic leadership style.

• Oversee website and ticketing platform performance.
• Manage marketing data, reporting, and dashboards.
• Coordinate with agencies/partners and cross-functional teams.
• Foster a performance- and measurement-driven culture across the organization.
• Supervise Web Manager and Marketing Coordinator.

Compensation: €70,000 base salary plus a 10% annual bonus

• Looking for a Senior Manager Digital Performance & CRM who can build and lead the full acquisition, conversion, CRM, and performance analytics strategy.
• The role reports to the AVP Marketing and plays a key part in traffic generation, ticket sales, revenue optimization, and visitor retention.

The candidate will be responsible for:

• The digital acquisition strategy (Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, Affiliates, etc.).
• CRM, marketing automation, and customer knowledge.
• Conversion optimization and user journeys (CRO).
• Website and e-commerce/ticketing platform performance.
• Marketing data management and reporting.
• Management of specialized agencies and partners.
• Collaboration with international teams and technology providers.
• Development of a performance- and measurement-driven culture.
• Management of 2 people: a Web Manager and a Marketing Coordinator
