Source One Technical Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager Digital Performance & CRM to lead the full lifecycle of acquisition, conversion, CRM and analytics strategy. You will drive traffic generation, ticket sales, revenue optimization, and retention while steering a small team of two and collaborating with international partners and tech providers.

The role requires 8–10 years of experience, fluency in French and English, and a hands-on yet strategic leadership style.

Qualifications

Experience improving conversion rates across digital channels.
Strong CRM, marketing automation, and customer insights skills.
Data-driven approach with analytics and reporting capabilities.
Experience optimizing ecommerce/ticketing performance and user journeys.
Management of external agencies and partners on large budgets.

Responsabilités

Lead digital acquisition strategy (Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, Affiliates).
Own CRM, marketing automation, and customer knowledge programs.
Drive CRO and optimize user journeys and checkout paths.
Oversee website and ticketing platform performance.
Manage marketing data, reporting, and dashboards.
Coordinate with agencies/partners and cross-functional teams.
Foster a performance- and measurement-driven culture across the organization.
Supervise Web Manager and Marketing Coordinator.
