Cortus SAS in France seeks a Senior Digital IC Hardware Engineer to reinforce the digital hardware team at Mauguio or Meyreuil. You will work with system architects and the mixed-signal team to push High-Performance RISC-V processor designs.

Responsibilities include architecture, RTL coding, simulations, synthesis, and testing, plus collaboration on embedded software for benchmarks and demonstrators. English proficiency is required, and remote work up to 2 days/week is possible after integration.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or Computer Science.
• 5–10+ years of experience as a digital designer.
• Strong knowledge of RTL Design, SystemVerilog or VHDL.
• Experience with microprocessor architectures and High-Performance RISC-V processors.
• Deep understanding of hardware concepts: MMU, TLB, Cache, Hypervisor.

Responsabilités

• Participate in architecture and design of advanced embedded systems and high-performance SoC solutions.
• Develop complex modules (IP) following company methodologies.
• Handle RTL design flow: specification, RTL coding, design, simulation, synthesis, testing.
• Collaborate on embedded software applications for benchmarks, tests, and demonstrators.
