Schneider Electric in France is seeking a seasoned Project Management leader for the Digital Energy scope (BMS/EPMS). Based in Lattes near Montpellier, with options in Grenoble or Paris, you will own the PM function and lead a team of project managers across borders, ensuring safe, profitable and compliant delivery from initiation to site acceptance.

You will oversee risk, budgets, and continuous improvement, align with strategic objectives, and interface directly with high-expectation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering.
• 10+ years of project management experience with strong customer exposure.
• Experience in data center, critical infrastructure or complex industrial environment is a plus.
• Fluent English required for international interactions.

Responsabilités

• Oversee customer projects from initiation to site acceptance for the Digital Energy portfolio, including system integrations.
• Lead regional project manager team, setting priorities and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Lead workforce planning by assessing future project demands and defining execution setup.
• Manage risk assessments, budgets, profitability and compliance to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying cost-saving opportunities and enhancing delivery processes.
