Schneider Electric is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the Digital Energy portfolio execution in France, coordinating a regional PM team across Lattes and other locations. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering.
• 10+ years of project management experience, with strong customer exposure.
• Proven leadership ability to guide teams through complex, non-routine challenges with confidence.
• Fluent English required for interactions with international customers.

Responsabilités

• Oversee customer projects from initiation to completion of site acceptance for the Digital Energy portfolio, including system integrations.
• Lead and direct the regional project manager team, setting priorities and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Lead workforce planning activities by assessing current and future project demands and defining and implementing the best execution set-up.
• Manage risk assessments, budgets, profitability and compliance to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes that exceed customer expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying cost-saving opportunities and enhancing delivery processes.
