What you’ll do

As a Senior Designer at Landor, you’ll bring big ideas to life across medium- and large-scale projects, with a particular focus on packaging, FMCG and drinks. From the first sketch to the final pack, and across motion, digital, print and experiences, you’ll lead conceptual exploration, turn strategy into distinctive, audience‑led design, and ensure ideas are delivered beautifully through production.

You’ll collaborate closely with clients, strategists, creatives and production teams, confidently champion your point of view, support junior designers, contribute to winning design strategies, manage multiple projects and use AI to enhance research, inspiration and efficiency.

What you’ll need

You’ll bring proven experience in a similar designer role within a brand or design agency, ideally across packaging, FMCG and drinks, and be confident working as part of a project team. You’ll combine bold thinking with sophisticated creative craft, turning strategy into distinctive, innovative design while bringing brand assets, including messaging, colour, imagery, typography, composition and behaviour - to life across multiple touchpoints.

A compelling storyteller, you’ll be able to articulate your design strategy, stay curious about emerging creative, cultural and industry trends, and bring a genuine passion for brands and creative excellence.

Strong technical skills across Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Miro and AI tools are essential, alongside hand‑sketching ability and experience creating impactful motion, digital and cross‑platform content.

We believe the best work happens when we’re together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection. That’s why we’ve adopted a hybrid approach, with teams in the office around four days a week. If you require accommodations or flexibility, please discuss this with the hiring team during the interview process.

We build brands. We build futures. Landor, a WPP company, is an equal opportunity employer. We consider all applicants without discrimination or regard to particular characteristics, committed to a culture of respect where everyone belongs and can progress in their careers.

OMB Control Number 1250-0005

Expires 07/31/2029

Why are you being asked to complete this form? We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

How do you know if you have a disability? A disability is a condition that substantially limits one or more of your "major life activities." If you have or have ever had such a condition, you are a person with a disability.

Disabilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Alcohol or other substance use disorder (not currently using drugs illegally)
  • Autoimmune disorder, for example, lupus, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, HIV/AIDS
  • Blind or low vision
  • Cancer (past or present)
  • Cardiovascular or heart disease

  • Diabetes
  • Disfigurement, for example, disfigurement caused by burns, wounds, accidents, or congenital disorders
  • Epilepsy or other seizure disorder
  • Gastrointestinal disorders, for example, Crohn's Disease, irritable bowel syndrome
  • Intellectual or developmental disability
  • Mental health conditions, for example, depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorder, schizophrenia, PTSD
  • Missing limbs or partially missing limbs
  • Mobility impairment, benefiting from the use of a wheelchair, scooter, walker, leg brace(s) and/or other supports
  • Nervous system condition, for example, migraine headaches, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis (MS)
  • Neurodivergence, for example, attention‑deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism spectrum disorder, dyslexia, dyspraxia, other learning disabilities
  • Partial or complete paralysis (any cause)
  • Pulmonary or respiratory conditions, for example, tuberculosis, asthma, emphysema
  • Short stature (dwarfism)
