Jellyfish is seeking a Senior Design Manager to lead the design process on client projects, ensuring briefs are understood and executed. You’ll collaborate with the PM and capability support to streamline workflows and elevate design quality, delivering high-quality assets for social media and other channels.

You’ll work with a global team, leverage Pencil Pro AI, and drive innovation while aligning with project briefs and timelines. This hybrid role is based out of our London office.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in English.
• 5+ years in a senior design role.
• Ability to follow design processes, confidentiality protocols, and file organization standards.
• Strong innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Solid understanding of typography and layout across channels.
• Knowledge of digital design principles and platform formats.
• Familiar with brand guidelines and scaling assets.
• Ability to produce high-quality assets efficiently, even at scale.
• Creative problem solver with strategic thinking.
• Quality control for own work and understanding project workflows.
• Up-to-date with latest design trends and emerging technologies.
• Able to annotate files and provide documentation.

Responsabilités

• Create diverse digital and print design assets for social media, static and animated.
• Proficient use of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to produce assets.
• Apply interactive design principles for engaging outcomes.
• Demonstrate motion graphics and video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Communicate effectively with development teams using HTML/CSS/JavaScript knowledge.
• Leverage AI tools like Pencil Pro to enhance creative output.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to align briefs and timelines.
• Participate in project kick-off meetings and review materials.
• Ensure deliverables meet deadlines and scope.
• Ask clarifying questions to avoid miscommunication.
• Maintain accurate tracking of scope and hours in Financial Force.
• Proactively seek clarification when needed and share feedback."
• Participate in internal/external meetings and client communications.
