Pigment is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own multiple areas of the platform, delivering high-impact first experiences and strategic initiatives. You will lead end-to-end design, shaping our design language and collaborating with PMs, researchers and engineers to drive product success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of in-house experience as an individual contributor on a complex product.
• A portfolio demonstrating proven experience designing, iterating and shipping products.
• Excellent visual design skills with proficiency in typography, web app UI, information architecture.
• Strategic product thinker; aligns decisions with user impact and company strategy.
• Experience collaborating with web developers (HTML, CSS, JS, React a plus).

Responsabilités

• Design new solutions by turning insights into valuable user experiences.
• Create end-to-end product flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, researchers and engineers to ship features.
• Define and expand a scalable design system and components.
• Help develop design culture and best practices across the team.
