Jellyfish is seeking an intern who will coordinate between our French clients and our specialist teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery. The role reports to two Client Partners within a fast-paced team of Client Partners, Media Planners, Analysts and Campaign Activators, contributing to growth and client retention.

You will gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of services, with a path to deepen client relationships and learn integrated marketing strategies in a flexible, hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• 6-month internship contract.
• Fluent in French with conversational English.
• Experience in client-facing roles via internship, apprenticeship, or personal project is a plus.
• Strong interest in social media, digital marketing or online advertising and AI.
• Ability to adapt strategies and plans to navigate unforeseen circumstances.
• Willingness to embrace challenges, seek feedback and grow.
• Enjoy building relationships and adding value to client businesses.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Client Partners in tracking the project pipeline, helping to flag upcoming needs to the wider team.
• Help collect information from various client teams to assist in the processing of briefs.
• Support the team in tracking budget approvals and monitoring campaign spend, helping to flag any discrepancies or changes.
• Set up regular project status meetings. You will be responsible for taking minutes, capturing "next steps", and ensuring all project "watch outs" are documented.
• Assist in the preparation and editing of presentation slides
• Support with client reporting and tracking of deliverables
• Develop a deep understanding of our portfolio of services and our integrated marketing offering to eventually identify our clients' needs and how we can fulfil them.

Job Description

As part of a fast-paced team of Client Partners, Media Planners, Analysts, and Campaign Activators your support will be essential to the growth and retention of our key clients.
