Front is seeking a Senior Design Engineer to bridge design and engineering, turning design systems from static docs into living, production-ready systems that scale with complex B2B SaaS. You’ll own the connective tissue between Design and Engineering, building reusable components and shaping system architecture.

Ideal candidates bring deep design-systems experience, strong UI craftsmanship, and the ability to influence teams without bottlenecks.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience designing and building production frontend experiences.
• Strong frontend engineering skills with modern web technologies and component-based architecture.
• High UI/UX craft with emphasis on usability, accessibility, and maintainability.
• Experience building or maintaining component libraries and design-system infrastructure.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional work.
• A portfolio showing shipped design-engineering impact.

Responsabilités

• Own and evolve Front’s design system across Figma, Storybook, and production code.
• Build and maintain reusable, accessible UI components used across core surfaces.
• Reduce design/code drift across component libraries and Figma system.
• Establish patterns and guardrails to improve consistency and developer experience.
• Prototype new interaction patterns and reference implementations in code.
• Collaborate with Product Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to define great experiences.
• Leverage AI thoughtfully to accelerate prototyping and production changes.
