NES Fircroft is seeking a Product Owner / Lead Design Systems for a 12-month contract in Paris. The role focuses on owning the Design System with an Atomic Design approach, coordinating design and frontend teams, and ensuring scalability and consistency across 50+ internal products.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in design systems, strong UI/UX knowledge, and proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to communicate with developers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (3–5 years) in design systems design and management.
• Background as a UI Designer or front-end developer.
• Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles and accessibility standards.

Responsabilités

• Define the long-term design system vision and a clear product roadmap.
• Manage backlog and evolution of components and patterns.
• Coordinate the design and development teams (2 Angular developers) for component integration.
• Align with users (designers and developers) during design phases to ensure real needs are met.
• Work with UI designers to maintain and update the Design Kit.
