Vibe is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to lead architecture and standards for a fast-growing frontend surface. You’ll own state management across the app, define component boundaries, and collaborate with design to translate Figma into production experiences.

You’ll mentor engineers, drive design-system adoption, and help shape scalable frontend patterns in a hybrid Paris-based environment. This role blends deep technical depth with team leadership at scale.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of TypeScript and a modern frontend framework, ideally React.
• Practical experience solving state-management problems at scale across local, shared, server, and URL state.
• Experience building, integrating, or maintaining a design system.

Responsabilités

• Define a scalable approach to frontend state management across the application.
• Establish frontend coding standards and development patterns for the team.
• Set clear boundaries between UI components, business logic, state, and data fetching.
• Lead technical decisions on frontend architecture and explain the trade-offs behind them.
• Improve maintainability, testability, and performance of the frontend codebase.
• Build reusable components that raise consistency across the product.
• Contribute to backend services and APIs when the work calls for it.
• Drive adoption of the design system across product surfaces.
• Turn Figma designs into production-ready experiences with designers.
• Explore AI-assisted workflows that speed up design-to-implementation handoff.
• Review code to raise the frontend bar across the team.
• Mentor engineers on frontend architecture and best practices.
