Chariot seeks a Design Engineer to own the user experience across the web application, collaborating with product and design to shape features from idea to polished implementation.

You will work at the intersection of engineering, product, and design, translating Figma designs into production-ready interfaces and driving performance, accessibility, and frontend architecture improvements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience building modern web applications.
• Exceptional frontend engineering skills with strong product and design instincts.
• You obsess over details: typography, spacing, hierarchy, accessibility, responsiveness, and performance.

Responsabilités

• Own the quality of Chariot's web application and user experience.
• Partner closely with Product and Design from concept through launch.
• Build polished, accessible, and performant interfaces using React, TypeScript, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
• Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect implementations.
• Build and evolve reusable components and design systems.
• Lead initiatives that improve usability, performance, accessibility, and frontend architecture.
