TogetherWork is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex customer projects within our Professional Services portfolio. You will own end-to-end delivery, manage plans, budgets, and resources, and coordinate across consulting, technical, data, and product teams.

You will mentor other Project Managers and contribute to delivery maturity and best practices. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, executive communication, and delivery leadership in a hybrid/HQ setup based in the US,

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of professional project management experience.
• Advanced expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid PM methods.
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management.
• Analytical and financial acumen with delivery economics.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end delivery of large, complex, or high-risk customer projects.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, schedules, and resourcing models.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across consulting, technical, data, and product functions.
• Ensure scope control, change management, and financial discipline throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks.
• Lead resolution of complex issues and drive recovery plans for at-risk projects.
• Escalate appropriately with clear recommendations and options.
• Coach and mentor Project Managers on delivery discipline and risk handling.
