Nasdaq in Paris (Hybrid) seeks a Senior Project Manager to own end-to-end global system implementations from initiation to close. You’ll lead cross-functional teams across technology, finance and client experience, manage risks, and drive governance with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
8+ years of project management experience in capital markets or financial services.
Proficiency in PMI and Agile methodologies.
Ability to assess and mitigate risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with experience influencing stakeholders at all levels.

Responsabilités

Lead end-to-end project delivery, including scope definition, milestone planning, resource management, and budget oversight.
Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, escalating where needed to ensure timely resolution.
Chair governance meetings and maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, risk logs, status reports, and post-implementation reviews.
Build and sustain strong stakeholder relationships through clear, consistent communication and proactive engagement.
Support and develop project team members in line with Nasdaq's leadership principles.
