Stellar is seeking a Project Manager to drive customer projects from kickoff to deployment, coordinating software development and operations across distributed teams. You will own the plan, align teams, and maintain clear communication with customers and internal leaders.

Reporting to the CPTO, you will balance scope, schedule, and capacity while fostering agile practices and effective backlog management in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing technical projects end to end.
• Experience coordinating across teams without direct authority.
• Experience working with distributed, international teams.
• Comfortable managing projects with external customers and scope/schedule changes.
• Strong documentation habits and clear communication.

Responsabilités

• Own the scope, schedule, quality, and delivery of customer projects spanning software development and operations.
• Break project scope into actionable work, create and prioritize tickets, and keep priorities visible to engineering and operations.
• Anticipate workload shifts and prepare teams for deployment ramps and capacity changes.
• Track progress against commitments and surface slippage early to enable corrective action.
