The CMA CGM Group in Marseille seeks a Senior Data & Reporting Specialist to leverage existing data sources, reports, and dashboards to deliver reliable, actionable analyses for monitoring costs, variances, and benefits realization.

You will identify and optimize reporting assets, prepare user-friendly packages, and automate processes where possible, providing ad hoc analyses to support decision-making for Directors, PMO, and the VP Group Performance.

Qualifications

• Background in Reporting, Data Analytics, Finance, Controlling, or Business Analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and/or Power BI.
• Ability to transform complex data into simple, reliable, and understandable insights.

• Improve data quality, clarify key definitions, and enhance the readability of analyses and reports.
• Prepare regular, user‑friendly reporting packages that support performance and cost monitoring.

• Automate reporting and analytical processes where relevant to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
• Regular, shared cost and performance reporting.
• Dashboards tailored to the needs of the VP, Directors, and PMO.
• Reliable and validated data supporting the monitoring of variances, actions, benefits, and risks.
• Ad hoc analyses to support decision‑making and identify cost‑saving opportunities.

YOUR MISSION

The Senior Data & Reporting Specialist is responsible for leveraging existing data sources, reports, and dashboards to deliver reliable, clear, and actionable analyses supporting the monitoring of costs, variances, action plans, and benefits realization.

• Act as the data and reporting point of reference for the team, facilitating the effective use of existing data assets.
• Identify and leverage existing reports, dashboards, databases, and files across the organization.
• Improve data reliability, readability, and usability.
• Deliver meaningful analyses that support the Directors, the PMO, and the VP Group Performance in decision-making.
• Avoid developing new tools when existing solutions adequately meet business needs.
