CMA CGM is seeking a Senior Data & Reporting Specialist to leverage existing data sources, reports, and dashboards to deliver reliable, clear analyses supporting the monitoring of costs, variances, action plans, and benefits realization.

Act as the data and reporting reference for the team; identify and leverage existing reports and files across the organization, improve data reliability, and deliver meaningful analyses for Directors, the PMO, and the VP Group Performance.

Qualifications

• Background in Reporting, Data Analytics, Finance, Controlling, or Business Analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and/or Power BI.
• Ability to transform complex data into simple, reliable insights.
• Develop analyses that are meaningful and accessible to non-specialists.

Responsabilités

• Identify and assess existing reports, dashboards, files, and databases available within the organization.
• Improve data quality, clarify key definitions, and enhance readability of analyses and reports.
• Prepare regular, user-friendly reporting packages that support performance and cost monitoring.
• Support Directors and PMO in tracking variances, action plans, risks, and benefits realization.
• Automate reporting and analytical processes where relevant to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
• Deliver dashboards tailored to the needs of senior stakeholders.
• Provide ad hoc analyses to support decision-making and cost-saving opportunities.

YOUR MISSION

The Senior Data & Reporting Specialist is responsible for leveraging existing data sources, reports, and dashboards to deliver reliable, clear, and actionable analyses supporting the monitoring of costs, variances, action plans, and benefits realization.

• Act as the data and reporting point of reference for the team, facilitating the effective use of existing data assets.
• Identify and leverage existing reports, dashboards, databases, and files across the organization.
• Improve data reliability, readability, and usability.
• Deliver meaningful analyses that support the Directors, the PMO, and the VP Group Performance in decision-making.
• Avoid developing new tools when existing solutions adequately meet business needs.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Reliable and validated data supporting the monitoring of variances, actions, benefits, and risks.
• Ad hoc analyses to support decision-making and identify cost-saving opportunities.

PROFILE

• Background in Reporting, Data Analytics, Finance, Controlling, or Business Analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and/or Power BI.
• Ability to transform complex data into simple, reliable, and understandable insights.
• Capability to develop analyses that are meaningful and accessible to non-specialist audiences.

KEY COMPETENCIES

• Ability to leverage existing data and reporting assets with rigor, accuracy, and critical thinking.
• Strong reporting skills, producing simple, reliable, consistent, and recurring management information.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Power BI.Ability to present data in a clear, comparable, and decision-oriented manner.
