APGAR, a global data management consultancy, is seeking an experienced Data Engineer in Neuilly-sur-Seine to join a client project team. You’ll be supervised by a senior Data Engineer or manager and will own a project from kickoff to delivery, interfacing with clients, business units and technical consultants.

You’ll participate in all phases of implementing data management solutions, help translate requirements into functional specifications, and lead workshops while drafting minutes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with at least 3 years of consulting or digital services experience.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand and draft functional specifications.
• Interest in developing project management and team leadership skills.
• Experience with MDm, metadata, data integration, or data preparation is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Take responsibility for a project assigned by the project manager.
• Be involved in the entire project from the outset and interact with the client, business stakeholders, and technical consultants.
• Participate in all phases of implementing data management solutions.
• Contribute to requirements analysis, draft functional specifications, and ensure the solution aligns with the client’s needs.
• Provide reliable and relevant reports on your work to your manager.
• Lead functional design workshops and draft meeting minutes.
• Support the client during acceptance testing and deployment of the solution.

Education & Experience

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree and at least 3 years of experience at a consulting firm or digital services company
• You have strong interpersonal skills and are adept at writing and communicating
• You have the ability to understand and draft functional specifications
• You are interested in developing skills in project management and team leadership
• Experience related to one of our areas of expertise (MDM, metadata, data integration, and data preparation) would be a significant plus
