Job summary

APGAR is seeking an experienced Data Analyst - Data Engineer to join a project-based team. You will be supervised by a senior Data Engineer or a manager and take responsibility for a project assigned by your project manager.

• Bachelor's or master's degree and at least 3 years of experience at a consulting firm or digital services company.
• Strong interpersonal and writing/communication skills.
• Ability to understand and draft functional specifications.
• Interest in developing project management and team leadership skills.
• Experience related to MDM, metadata, data integration or data preparation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for a project assigned by your project manager.
• Be involved in the entire project from the outset and interact with the client, business stakeholders, and technical consultants.
• Participate in all phases of implementing data management solutions.
• Contribute to requirements analysis, draft functional specifications, and ensure the solution aligns with the client’s needs.
• Provide reliable and relevant reports on your work to your manager.
• Lead functional design workshops and draft meeting minutes.
• Support the client during acceptance testing and deployment of the solution.
• Responsible for the quality of deliverables and services provided and contribute to the overall quality of projects.

Education & Experience

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree and at least 3 years of experience at a consulting firm or digital services company

• You are interested in developing skills in project management and team leadership
• Experience related to one of our areas of expertise (MDM, metadata, data integration, and data preparation) would be a significant plus
