Job summary

Schneider Electric in France is seeking a senior Solution Engineer to act as technical authority for complex Data Center opportunities within a hybrid role based in France, the UK or Spain. You will bridge customer specs with factories, ensure technical responses meet requirements, and drive end-to-end coordination with substantial autonomy.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Systems Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in solution engineering, technical leadership, or related roles.
• Experience designing complex, multi-technology integrated solutions.

Responsibilities

• Capture and translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Define and lead end-to-end solution architecture across multiple domains.
• Design standard architectures for regional accounts.
• Develop technical strategies to drive business growth and success.
• Lead system integration, design optimization, and scope definition.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, standards and governance.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and interface challenges.
• Support workshops, demonstrations, and solution validation.
• Define engineering effort and execution assumptions post-award.
• Provide technical leadership to tendering, engineering, sales and execution teams.
