nLighten is looking for a Senior Design Manager to lead the technical design delivery of data centre projects across Southern Europe, primarily in France, Spain, and Switzerland. Your role will involve managing multidisciplinary design teams, ensuring projects align with nLighten's operational standards and growth strategy.

The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience, a strong understanding of data center systems, and fluency in English and French. Opportunities for career growth and working with cutting-edge technology are available.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in data center design, engineering or technical project delivery.
Experience working for a developer, operator, consultant or contractor within mission‑critical environments.
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with French and Southern European regulatory and permitting processes.

Responsabilités

Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams across multiple data centre projects.
Ensure design deliverables meet project objectives and operational requirements.
Review and validate electrical, mechanical, civil and architectural designs.
Manage design programs and monitor design progress across multiple projects.
Conduct site visits and participate in key project meetings.
