Qualifications

• Master's degree in statistics, data analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics with actionable recommendations and measurable impact.
• Business-minded: translate analysis into high-impact recommendations.
• Strong analytical mindset; ability to synthesize complex information.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in SQL and Python.
• Familiar with at least one data visualization tool.
• Proactive and eager to grow and learn.
• Able to independently manage analytical projects from discovery to delivery.
• Agile and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus: experience with another programming language.
• Familiar with Git and version control concepts.

• Partner with product managers and business stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their current and upcoming challenges
• Deliver insightful analyses with clear, actionable recommendations that drive product improvements and measurable business impact
• Identify high-value opportunities to unlock business potential and support product and commercial decision-making
• Develop decision-making tools and analytical frameworks to support data-driven initiatives
• Collaborate closely with Data Product Managers, Data Scientists and analytics peers to deliver impactful solutions
• Contribute to analytical best practices and help foster a strong data-driven culture across the organization
• Work closely with product stakeholders and the Sports Data Product Owner to shape analytical initiatives and support key business decisions
• Regularly engage with product teams and business stakeholders, bringing a strong analytical perspective to strategic discussions and helping teams make better data-informed decisions

Requirements

• Master's degree in statistics, data analytics, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in data analytics, consistently delivering relevant, actionable, data-driven recommendations with measurable business impact
• Business-minded: able to translate analysis into actionable, high-impact recommendations
• Strong analytical mindset; rigorous and able to synthesize complex information
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in SQL and Python
• Familiar with at least one data visualization tool
