Technical Must Have Skills:

• Proficiency in SQL - Ability to extract, join, validate, and structure data from various sources with a solid understanding of data manipulation techniques.
• Experience with Data Extraction and Validation - Skilled at working with operational files, system exports, and data tapes to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Strong Analytical Thinking - Able to interpret complex datasets, identify inconsistencies, and support data quality initiatives effectively.
• Ability to Translate Business Needs into Data Requirements - Clear communication skills to work efficiently with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
