Job summary

Sidetrade is seeking a Senior Manager, Cyber Security to shape and execute operational security across its international teams. You will define risk priorities, lead the SOC, and guide security across platforms and products.

Collaboration with engineering, IT, and AI teams is essential to maintaining trust and protecting data. You will drive governance, incident response, and vulnerability management while translating security needs into actionable controls and measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading security programmes and measurable improvements.
• Incident response, vulnerability management, and security monitoring.
• Strong understanding of cloud, identity, and secure software development.
• Ability to explain risk clearly to engineers and business leaders.
• Deliverable roadmaps from security strategy and coordinating stakeholders.
• Curiosity and sound judgement about AI-enabled products.

Responsibilities

• Set security strategy and risk priorities; align with senior leaders.
• Build and lead SOC; enhance detection, response, and lessons learned.
• Embed security into architecture and development lifecycle with engineering teams.
• Oversee vulnerability assessments, pen tests, and manage security vendors.
• Assess AI-related risks and implement safeguards for AI-enabled products.
