Synopsys is seeking an accomplished security and compliance engineering leader with a robust background in cybersecurity, audit, and open‑source compliance. You will drive certification programs such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001 for AI engineering simulation products, and lead security management practices across the SimAI platform.

Collaborate with engineering, product, and legal teams to design and enforce policies, mentor teams, deliver training, and stay ahead of threats and regulations.

Qualifications

• BS in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field with 5 years’ experience; MS with 3 years’ experience; PhD with 1-year experience.
• Proven experience managing certification projects (e.g., Soc2, ISO 27001, or equivalent frameworks).
• Strong technical knowledge in cybersecurity, audits, and risk management.

Responsabilités

• Leading certification projects across multiple standards, including Soc2 and other relevant industry frameworks.
• Implementing and managing security management practices for AI engineering simulation products.
• Coordinating open-source compliance efforts, ensuring all third‑party components meet regulatory requirements.
• Performing regular security audits and risk assessments, documenting findings, and driving remediation activities.
• Collaborating with engineering, product, and legal teams to design and enforce security and compliance policies.
• Developing and delivering training and awareness programs on security and compliance best practices.
• Staying up to date with emerging threats, regulations, and industry standards to continuously enhance our security posture.
