dsm-firmenich is seeking a Senior Specialist CX (M/F/D) to join the Customer Experience team. The role can be performed from Barcelona (Spain), Grasse (France), or Dax (France); it focuses on order management, logistics, and supply chain activities while collaborating with diverse customers and internal teams.

The role demands English proficiency (French is a plus) and a proactive, customer-focused mindset. Expect a permanent contract with growth opportunities and a supportive, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Graduated in Business studies, Supply Chain or Economics.
• Minimum of 2 years’ job-related experience.
• Advanced level of English; French is a plus.
• Absolute customer focus, excellent communication skills and team spirit.
• Pro-active, positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn.
• Knowledge of SAP is mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Ensure an effective & efficient order-to-cash process.
• Keep customer requirements updated in our system.
• Build an intimate relationship with dsm-firmenich customers & internal stakeholders.
• Provide regular reports and information to stakeholders.
• Monitor performance on agreed KPIs: ensure targets are met and develop improvement plans when necessary.
• Manage daily escalations & issues.
• Open, follow up customer’s non-conformities.
