TE Connectivity France is seeking a customer-facing professional to strengthen relationships by acting as a liaison between customers and internal contacts. You will manage backlog and open orders, communicate delays, and drive corrective actions to improve satisfaction.

The role requires 4+ years of related experience and a high school diploma, with an AA degree or equivalent preferred. TE offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to contribute to safety and sustainability

Qualifications

Requires 4 or more years of related work experience.
High school diploma is required.
Completion of an AA degree or equivalent is preferred.

Responsabilités

Managing backlog orders and open orders; communicating late deliveries to the customer and internal teams as required.
Investigating credit and debit requests and queries to issue credits/debits as necessary.
Answering technical queries from customers using online technical references and to offer alternatives using available resources.
Driving corrective actions and improvement projects that will raise customer satisfaction levels.
