Bel Group in France seeks a Senior Customer Request Specialist (France) M/F based in Suresnes to own client requests across national sales teams, acting as the single point of contact for customers via all channels. You will coordinate with Sales, Quality, Regulatory, Marketing, RID, and Global CCC Care to validate information, ensure timelines, maintain traceability, and follow end-to-end processes.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years experience in FMCG (ideally in dairy/food)
• Experience in Food Law is an advantage
• Ability to manage transversal topics across multiple client targets with prioritization

Responsabilités

• Identify and validate the right technical and product/packaging information to respond accurately
• Coordinate with Sales, Quality, Regulatory, Marketing, RID and Global CCC Care teams to ensure full completion of client cases
• Ensure compliance with response timelines and defined processes
• Maintain traceability, consistency and reliability of information shared
• Receive quality specifications and contracts from the sales team and manage end-to-end follow-up
• Use dedicated customer request management tools in line with Global standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer request processes and knowledge sharing
• Be the quality contact for specific client questions when needed
