Bel Group, a leading player in dairy, fruit and plant-based products, seeks a Client Request Manager for Bel France. The role coordinates client requests cross-functionally, ensuring accurate responses, on-time delivery, and rigorous data management.

Ideal candidates have 3–7 years in FMCG, familiarity with Food Law is a plus, and strong English communication within a matrix organization. This position involves close collaboration with Sales, Quality, Regulatory and Marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Education in food science/engineering or nutrition at bachelor or master level.
• 3–7 years of FMCG experience ideally.
• Knowledge of Food Law is a plus.
• Ability to manage transversal topics across multiple client targets and prioritize work.

Responsabilités

• Manage client customer requests across channels for Bel France sales teams.
• Identify, collect and validate technical and product/packaging information to respond accurately.
• Coordinate with Sales, Quality, Regulatory, Marketing and other teams; ensure timely responses.
• Ensure compliance with response timelines and defined processes.
• Maintain traceability, consistency and reliability of information shared.
• Handle client specifications, contracts and end-to-end follow-ups with sales teams.
