Didomi is seeking a Senior Customer Onboarding Specialist to lead the end-to-end onboarding for new customers, from pre-kick-off to deployment and handover to Customer Success.

You will drive successful implementations, help customers become autonomous in using Didomi’s solutions, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Technical Support, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to resolve challenges and improve the onboarding experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own a portfolio of onboarding projects from kickoff to go-live and handover.
• Deliver product training, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with teams on complex cases.
• Identify risks, follow up and mitigate blockers with stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate onboarding data in Planhat and smooth handover to CS/KAM.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve onboarding playbooks and content.
• Collect and structure customer feedback to inform product and support teams.
