Job summary

Didomi is seeking a Senior Product Designer to take end-to-end ownership of design across multiple products in our Privacy and Consent Management Platform. This senior IC role reports to the Design Director and acts as a peer-lead within the Product team, supporting seven Product Managers and their engineering teams.

You will shape the future of our product with intuitive, user-centric experiences, collaborating with cross-functional partners and taking ownership of workstreams as scope shifts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product/UX design with ownership of complex products.
• Strong portfolio of shipped work in UX/product design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process for assigned product areas, translating concepts into solutions.
• Lead discovery to delivery, handing off UI polish to external partners as needed.
• Shape decisions upstream by presenting evidence-based rationale to engineers.
• Develop and scale research practices, translating findings into actionable design decisions.
• Reduce design debt by ensuring proper design passes before shipping features.
• Prototype rapidly using AI tools to validate direction and unblock decisions.
• Foster a strong design culture through mentoring and process improvements.
