Gladia, based in Paris, is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to own strategic customer relationships from onboarding to long-term value realization. You will collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering in a hands-on, API-first environment, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and scalable success.

Ideal candidates will manage enterprise accounts, be fluent in English and French, and continuously leverage AI to enhance CS processes and outcomes.

Qualificações

• 4–7+ years in Customer Success or Technical Account Management.
• Experience with API-first or developer-facing products.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction, retention, and value delivery.
• Managed strategic or enterprise customer portfolios with measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication with developers, product managers and executives.
• Organized, autonomous and proactive with process discipline.
• Daily user of AI to improve customer outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead onboarding, setup, integration and early activation for new accounts.
• Run regular check-ins and QBRs to demonstrate value and ROI.
• Monitor usage, drive adoption and reduce friction for customers.
• Identify early churn signals and act to keep customers healthy.
• Collect feedback and influence Product roadmaps with structured input.
• Be a trusted advisor to technical stakeholders and executives.
• Use AI tools to automate CS workflows and improve service quality.
