Job summary

Brevo in Paris is seeking a Senior Creative Designer to shape the brand, visual identity and digital presence across channels and markets. You will challenge briefs, craft clear visual stories, and lead creative work from concept to execution.

You will collaborate with Growth, Product, Sales and Leadership, exploring new formats and AI-powered tools to drive impactful campaigns and a cohesive brand experience.

Qualifications

• Around 6 years of experience in creative, brand or content design and a strong portfolio.
• Ability to understand the product, challenge briefs, and translate ideas into clear visual stories.
• Solid understanding of B2B communication, paid campaigns, social media best practices and storytelling.
• Comfort with AI creative tools (Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Claude…).
• Fluency in English (C1 or above).
• Bonus if you have B2C experience and speak French.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the evolution of Brevo's visual identity and brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across touchpoints.
• Design marketing and communication assets for product launches and campaigns across digital, social, OOH, events and print.
• Produce social-first content, including video, motion and short-form for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and X.
• Build content plans combining organic, paid and evergreen content and measure performance.
• Translate complex product features into simple, engaging messages for different audiences and markets.
• Partner with Growth, Product, Sales and Leadership to align creative work with business objectives.
• Experiment with new formats and AI-powered creative tools and bring successful ideas into the workflow.
