Job summary

Alan is hiring a Senior Brand Designer to evolve our visual identity and brand systems across all touchpoints. You will own briefs end-to-end, collaborate with Product, Marketing and Brand, and create campaigns across web, email, ads and social, bringing the brand to life with art direction, motion and video.

You will extend brand work into Health & Prevention, scale production, and mentor designers while maintaining excellence and brand consistency. Paris-based or mobile within France preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience, ideally in a product company or startup, we’re hiring at a Senior level.
• Fluent in English.
• Experienced user of design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).
• Proficient with motion design tools (After Effects, Premiere).
• Comfortable with generative AI tools and experimentation.
• Strong growth, campaigns, and conversion-focused design sense.
• Able to scale and deliver high volumes of assets while maintaining brand consistency.
• Able to turn briefs into impactful visuals autonomously.
• Experience designing for online platforms: websites, social, email, display ads.
• Excellent communication and ability to articulate creative choices.
• Structured and pragmatic, with clear goals and constraints.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve Alan’s visual identity and brand systems across touchpoints.
• Own briefs end-to-end: understand problems, shape strategy, prioritize, and ship solutions.
• Create and art-direct campaigns and assets for web, email, ads, and social.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Brand to translate objectives into visuals that convert.
• Extend brand work into Health & Prevention area, alongside core responsibilities.
• Scale production to deliver high volumes of assets with quality and consistency.
• Lead through influence, mentoring designers and non-designers, and shaping roadmaps.
