Landor in Paris is seeking a Senior Designer to join our studio, focusing on packaging, FMCG and drinks. You’ll take big ideas from sketch to final pack across motion, digital, and print, leading conceptual exploration and ensuring designs align with brand strategy and business outcomes.

You’ll collaborate with clients, strategists and production teams, defend your point of view, mentor junior designers, and use AI to enhance research, inspiration and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar designer role within a brand or design agency
• Experience across packaging, FMCG and drinks is ideal
• Strong design craft and ability to translate strategy into distinctive visuals

Responsabilités

• Lead conceptual exploration from sketch to final design across packaging, motion, digital, and print
• Collaborate with clients, strategists, and production teams while championing your point of view
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to winning design strategies; manage multiple projects; leverage AI to improve research and efficiency
