Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer based in France to join a growing international tech environment where design shapes products and brands.

You'll own a wide range of visual projects across marketing, product, social media, and digital communications, influencing design systems, brand consistency, and creative direction while collaborating with product, marketing, and creative teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Advanced proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
• Strong typography, hierarchy, readability, and balance.
• Deep knowledge of composition, layout, hierarchy, and color theory.
• Experience creating visuals for social media, presentations, infographics, and digital campaigns.
• Experience with raster graphics, collage work, and multi-project management.
• Ability to connect design decisions to product and marketing objectives.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Practical use of AI tools in the creative workflow.
• Ownership mindset and curiosity for unconventional design challenges.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and deliver a broad range of graphic design projects from concept through final execution.
• Contribute to promotional and marketing initiatives with concepts and visual assets aligned with business goals.
• Generate creative ideas for product and marketing teams and translate concepts into engaging visuals.
• Create, maintain, and scale design systems for consistency and efficiency.
• Develop and update brand books, visual guidelines, templates, and assets.
• Design content for social media, presentations, infographics, and digital channels.
• Ensure quality and visual integrity of materials per guidelines and templates.
• Participate in design decisions for new and existing digital products.
• Create vector icons and other visuals across projects.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and creative stakeholders to understand objectives.
• Analyze design solutions and use insights to improve future work.
• Optimize design processes and workflows for efficiency.
