Arm Limited in France, Valbonne, is seeking a senior leader to head the CPU physical implementation team. You will collaborate with CPU design and micro-architecture groups to optimize timing, power and area, from synthesis to GDSII, and guide the flow across synthesis, floorplanning and place-and-route.

You will drive workload planning, mentor a skilled team, and contribute to benchmarking efforts while working in a hybrid setup with local and global colleagues.

Qualifications

• 15–18 years of professional experience in CPU implementation leadership.
• Experience with synthesis, floorplanning, and power planning.
• Strong knowledge of CPU micro-architecture concepts.
• Ability to schedule workload and lead a team.
• Fluent in English; French advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead CPU physical implementation team, identifying timing and power bottlenecks.
