Arm is seeking a Software Technical Lead in Sophia Antipolis to guide a firmware team and advance Arm’s AGI CPU software ecosystem. You will work with a distributed engineering crew to drive roadmap commitments and deliver high-quality software across reference platforms.

The role requires leadership experience, strong embedded C and Linux kernel skills, and a track record in open-source collaboration within a hybrid work environment in France.

Qualifications

• Experience in people management including recruiting and team development.
• Strong embedded C programming and debugging skills.
• Expertise in Linux development, drivers, and kernel modules.
• Familiar with Agile, CI, and automated testing.
• Experience contributing to Linux kernel, TF-A, TF-M, UEFI, OpenBMC.

Responsabilités

• Lead and line-manage an experienced firmware team.
• Drive team performance and deliver roadmap commitments.
• Analyze specs and break down tasks for project plans.
• Collaborate with tech leads and distributed teams.
• Contribute to software stacks for Arm reference platforms.
