Arm in France is seeking a senior CPU design leader to drive power, frequency and area optimization across generation of processors, collaborating with micro-architecture and IP teams on 2nm and below node. The role includes end-to-end implementation flow from synthesis to GDSII and mentoring.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a University or Engineering School in Electronic Engineering or Computer Science with 15-18 years of professional experience in similar positions driving a team.
• Experience on synthesis, floorplanning, power planning, clock tree, place and route tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of CPU micro-architecture concepts (cache, MMU, pipeline).
• Ability to schedule workload and plan tasks for a team.
• Good interpersonal skills and passion for the mission.

Responsabilités

• Work with the CPU design team to identify critical paths, timing and power bottlenecks across IP development.
• Participate in existing CPU benchmarking to achieve best results.
• Improve methodology and flow for better quality and efficiency.
