Currie & Brown is seeking experienced Senior Cost Managers to join the Paris practice. Based in Paris, you will lead major commissions across hospitality, logistics, residential, and mixed-use sectors, building client relationships and guiding project teams.

You'll deliver pre- and post-contract cost management, drive profitability, and mentor colleagues while supporting business growth in France. Fluency in French and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, or related discipline.
• Significant post-qualification cost management experience in consultancy.
• Experience leading commissions and managing client relationships independently.
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
• MRICS or equivalent qualification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead delivery of pre- and post-contract cost management services across a range of commissions.
• Take commercial responsibility for project delivery, profitability, and client satisfaction.
• Act as trusted advisor to clients, design teams, contractors, and key stakeholders.
• Oversee cost planning, estimating, procurement, tender analysis and contract administration.

The opportunity

Based in Paris, you'll have the opportunity to lead major commissions across a diverse portfolio of projects, ranging from luxury hospitality developments and high-end residential schemes to large-scale logistics and industrial facilities.

What you'll do

• Lead the delivery of pre- and post-contract cost management services across a range of commissions
• Take commercial responsibility for project delivery, ensuring quality, profitability, and client satisfaction
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, design teams, contractors, and key stakeholders
• Oversee cost planning, estimating, procurement, tender analysis, and contract administration
• Manage valuations, cost reporting, risk management, and change control throughout the project lifecycle
• Mentor and support the development of colleagues across the team
• Contribute to business development activities, bids, client engagement, and strategic growth initiatives
• Support the continued development and success of Currie & Brown's Paris practice

What you'll bring

• A degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, or a related discipline
• Significant post-qualification cost management experience, ideally within a consultancy environment
• Proven experience leading commissions and managing client relationships independently
• Experience within one or more of the hospitality, logistics, residential, industrial, or mixed-use sectors
• Strong understanding of French construction contracts, procurement routes, and cost management practices
• Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken
• MRICS or equivalent professional qualification preferred
• Strong commercial awareness and a client-focused approach
• The ability to lead teams, develop relationships, and drive successful project outcomes
