The role serves as the primary interface between the client, project stakeholders, and delivery teams, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with agreed objectives. In addition to managing individual projects, the Project Manager Lead is responsible for maintaining oversight of the client’s project portfolio through dedicated project trackers, providing accurate reporting, clear visibility of project status, and effective prioritisation of activities across all assignments.

Your main mission will be to:

  • Lead projects from initiation through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and final handover.

  • Participate in pre-construction activities, including constructability reviews, risk assessments, sequencing strategies, and mitigation planning.
  • Oversee project delivery and construction activities to ensure compliance with project objectives, technical specifications, and contractual requirements.

This role requires a high degree of autonomy. You will be responsible for managing your projects from start to finish, from initial planning to final delivery, with minimal supervision. Your ability to take initiative, solve problems, and make decisions independently will be key to your success.
