The Cumming Group is seeking a driven Cost Management / Quantity Surveying professional to join our Paris team. You will deliver client-facing cost planning, prepare budgets, reports, and support risk management for complex real estate projects.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years' experience, a construction or cost management degree (RICS or MRICS preferred) and strong IT skills. MRICS or progress toward MRICS is desirable; position offers progression and exposure to international projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in cost management or quantity surveying.
• Ideally MRICS or working toward MRICS certification.
• Degree in construction, cost management, engineering or quantity surveying.

Responsabilités

• Prepare budgets, cost plans and client reports.
• Support risk and value management.
• Contract administration including valuations, forecasts and cost reports.
• Develop client relationships and support business development.
• Ensure work outputs meet quality and deadlines.
