Palmetto Clean Technology in Charlotte, NC seeks a pragmatic Corporate Counsel to own dispute strategy, manage outside counsel, and drive favorable outcomes for the business.

You will guide litigation risk across the company, oversee e-discovery, investigations, and align with cross-functional teams on regulatory and commercial matters.

This role reports to the Assistant General Counsel and requires a J.D., bar admission, and a strong ethics framework in a fast-growing clean-tech environment.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to at least one US state bar.
• Experience managing complex commercial or regulatory litigation.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the company’s litigation portfolio from inception to resolution.
• Select, retain and oversee outside counsel with budgets and objectives.
• Oversee e-discovery, investigations, and document retention.
• Provide day-to-day counsel on litigation risk and dispute avoidance.
• Advise senior leadership on regulatory inquiries and risk management.
