L‑Acoustics, a world leader in premium sound systems, seeks a Senior Legal Counsel to provide strategic and practical legal support across commercial, IP, technology, and regulatory matters in an international environment.

You will partner with stakeholders to identify risks and opportunities, draft and negotiate complex agreements, and protect the company’s IP rights globally while ensuring compliance and governance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in law with specialization in Intellectual Property, IT, or Business Law.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in both law firm and in‑house practice.
• Strong expertise in IP, IT, technology transactions and commercial law.
• Solid experience drafting and negotiating agreements in an international setting.
• Knowledge of data protection and digital regulatory frameworks.
• Business‑oriented mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide day‑to‑day legal advice to business stakeholders on operational and strategic matters.
• Draft, review, negotiate and manage a broad range of commercial agreements, including software, SaaS, licensing, cloud services, technology development, R&D, partnerships.
• Lead and support the protection, management and enforcement of the company's intellectual property portfolio.
• Advise on intellectual property matters related to products, innovation, R&D, and commercial activities.
• Provide legal guidance on information technology, digital transformation, cybersecurity, AI, software development and other tech‑driven initiatives.
• Support privacy, data protection and data governance, including GDPR compliance.
• Monitor regulatory developments and translate them into actionable guidance for the business.
• Deliver training and guidance to internal stakeholders on legal risk awareness and IP protection.
• Manage disputes with external counsel when necessary and assist with dispute prevention.
• Support cross‑functional projects and corporate governance, compliance and risk management.
