Job summary

Iotagroup in France seeks a Senior Procurement & Contracts Manager to oversee Service Purchases, C&P processes, and contract governance for TAS services across Expats and Local needs. You will lead tender processes, assess offers, and supervise contract documents.

You will manage a team, ensure compliance with internal policies and H3SE requirements, develop supplier panels, and drive cost optimization through market intelligence and effective negotiations.

Qualifications

• Diploma: BAC+5 or recognized/certified experience equivalence.
• Professional Experience: +12 years in the oil and gas industry. Minimum 9 years of exposure to Contracts.
• Language: English (required) & French / Arabic (Nice to have).

Responsibilities

• Oversee Service Purchases & Contracting processes linked to TAS services for Expats and Local requirements.
• Lead tender processes: call for offers, evaluate bids, negotiate, and establish C&P documents.
• Ensure application of internal C&P and UCPP procedures, local constraints, and synergy plans.
• Develop and monitor governance by TGP categories; validate contractual documents and letters.
• Organize and supervise Contracts committee presentations; ensure timely SAP PO/SO creation.
• Drive cost optimization using market intelligence, supplier qualifications, and cost models.
• Manage compliance with policies and applicable laws; enforce tender process procedures.
• Coordinate Duet/Triplet and Team management activities; align with Technical entities.
