Infosys in Toulouse, France seeks a Senior Consultant to review concession data, analyze deviations from engineering drawings, and coordinate with Quality and Supply Chain to ensure effective repair solutions. You will drive disposition decisions, identify recurring issues and propose design improvements, while interfacing with Airbus specifications and multidisciplinary teams.

You should bring aerospace engineering education (BE/BTech/MTech/MS) and bi-lingual French-English capability, with

• Bi-lingual (French and English)
• Understanding of aerospace design principles and airworthiness requirements
• Experience with Airbus processes and procedures (RSDP, SIDP, AP, ABD, AIPI, AIPS)
• Hands-on Material Review Board design experience
• Knowledge of metallic and composite design principles

Responsabilités

• Review concession data for completeness and accuracy.
• Analyze deviations from drawings, specifications, standards, or process requirements.
• Coordinate with Quality team for clarifications on Non-conformances.
• Coordinate with multiple functions for repair solutions considering cost, time, performance and installation.
• Provide disposition decisions (use as is, repair, rework, scrap, return to supplier).
• Identify repeating issues and propose corrective actions.
• Propose design improvements to Engineering on repetitive defects.
• Review concession and recommend design change when needed.
• Manage engineering data and deliverables per quality/configuration requirements.
• Support digital continuity initiatives and continuous improvement in design and communication processes.
• Serve as technical representative for onsite-offshore coordination and escalations.

Job Description

• Review concession data for completeness and accuracy.
• Analyze deviations from engineering drawings, specifications, standards, or process requirements.
• Co-ordinate with Quality team for any clarifications required related to Non conformances.
• Liaise with multiple functions to ensure most appropriate repair solution is met with consideration to cost, time, performance, and installation requirements.
• Coordination with Supply chain on the availability of rare repair fasteners before finalizing the disposition
• Provide disposition decisions (use as is, repair, rework, scrap, return to supplier).
• Identify repeating issues and escape for corrective action
• Propose design improvement to Engineering on repetitive defects and manufacturing teams to strengthen process controls
• If required, Design Special parts to resolve nonconformity.
• Review concession and recommend for design change request if nonconformity is caused by design issue.
• Manage engineering data, documentation, and deliverables in compliance with quality and configuration requirements.
• Support digital continuity initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement in design and communication processes.
• Serve as a technical representative for onsite offshore coordination, addressing queries, Return to Task(RTT) clarifications, and technical escalations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Manage E2E (End to End) work flow, concession preparation, writing, validation and co-Ordination with stake holders
• Concession analysis (T100)
• General knowledge, understanding and use of all relevant specific Airbus documentations and specifications as: Acceptance criteria (installation instruction), Tool guideline (VPM, ASR, SAP…), Suffix and ASR use and Specific guideline (flushness…)
• Knowledge of Non conformity declaration for structural parts and assemblies (A320/A330/A350/A380/A400M).
• Understanding of aerospace design principles and airworthiness requirements.
• Knowledge of metallic and composite design principles.
• Knowledge of Airbus processes and procedures relating to design (RSDP, SIDP, AP, ABD, AIPI, AIPS, etc..).
• Experience of using Airbus Supply (DocMaster, Airnavx etc.).
• Valid Airbus training certificates in SAP, VPM and PASS SSI.
• Bi-lingual (French and English).
• BE / BTECH/MTECH/MS or equivalent degree (Aerospace/ Mechanical Engineering).
• Hands on experience in Material Review Board Design
• Previous AIRBUS concession experience.
