Infosys in Toulouse, France is seeking a Senior Consultant to orchestrate concession analysis, deviation review, and cross-functional coordination across Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain. You will provide disposition decisions, propose design improvements, and design special parts when needed.

The role requires strong knowledge of Airbus specifications, documentation, and related tools, with bilingual proficiency in French and English.

Qualifications

• Manage end-to-end workflow for concession preparation, writing, validation and stakeholder coordination.
• Concession analysis and alignment with installation guidelines and ASR guidelines.
• Familiarity with Airbus documentations and specifications and related processes.
• Knowledge of non-conformity declarations for structural parts and assemblies.
• Understanding aerospace design principles and airworthiness requirements.
• Experience with Airbus processes and design procedures.
• Experience with Airbus Supply tools like DocMaster and Airnavx.
• Valid Airbus training certificates in SAP, VPM and PASS SSI.
• Bi-lingual in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Liaise with functions to ensure repair solutions meet cost, time, performance and installation needs.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain on availability of rare repair fasteners.
• Provide disposition decisions (use as is, repair, rework, scrap, return to supplier).
• Identify repeating issues and elevate for corrective action.
• Propose design improvements to Engineering on repetitive defects.
• If required, design special parts to resolve nonconformities.
• Review concession and recommend design change if caused by design issue.
• Manage engineering data, documentation, and deliverables to quality/configuration rules.
• Support digital continuity initiatives and continuous improvement in design/communication.
• Serve as technical representative for onsite/offshore coordination and escalations.

Job Description

• Review concession data for completeness and accuracy.
• Analyze deviations from engineering drawings, specifications, standards, or process requirements.
• Co-ordinate with Quality team for any clarifications required related to Non conformances.
• Liaise with multiple functions to ensure most appropriate repair solution is met with consideration to cost, time, performance, and installation requirements.
• Coordination with Supply chain on the availability of rare repair fasteners before finalizing the disposition
• Provide disposition decisions (use as is, repair, rework, scrap, return to supplier).
• Identify repeating issues and elevate for corrective action
• Propose design improvement to Engineering on repetitive defects and manufacturing teams to strengthen process controls
• If required, Design Special parts to resolve nonconformity.
• Review concession and recommend for design change request if nonconformity is caused by design issue.
• Manage engineering data, documentation, and deliverables in compliance with quality and configuration requirements.
• Support digital continuity initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement in design and communication processes.
• Serve as a technical representative for onsite offshore coordination, addressing queries, Return to Task(RTT) clarifications, and technical escalations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Manage E2E (End to End) work flow, concession preparation, writing, validation and co-Ordination with stake holders
• Concession analysis (T100)
• General knowledge, understanding and use of all relevant specific Airbus documentations and specifications as: Acceptance criteria (installation instruction), Tool guideline (VPM, ASR, SAP…), Suffix and ASR use and Specific guideline (flushness…)
• Knowledge of Non conformity declaration for structural parts and assemblies (A320/A330/A350/A380/A400M).
• Understanding of aerospace design principles and airworthiness requirements.
• Knowledge of metallic and composite design principles.
• Knowledge of Airbus processes and procedures relating to design (RSDP, SIDP, AP, ABD, AIPI, AIPS, etc..).
• Experience of using Airbus Supply (DocMaster, Airnavx etc.).
• Valid Airbus training certificates in SAP, VPM and PASS SSI.
• Bi-lingual (French and English).
• BE / BTECH/MTECH/MS or equivalent degree (Aerospace/ Mechanical Engineering).
• Hands on experience in Material Review Board Design
• Previous AIRBUS concession experience.
